The awakening journey is not easy. So much changes and shifts within us and yet this process of truly coming to know who we are in this new understanding of things takes time. **This work is designed as a committed process to support your awakening journey. A single session serves to determine if we are a compatible fit to go deeper in our work together. If so, this session can be applied to one of the packages.

SESSIONS UNIQUELY CUSTOMISED
Each session is completely unique and customised to you. Specifically, where you are in any given moment, the energies that are up, and what you are moving through. That means you have the option to choose the same pathway several times to really go deep, clear that space, and feel complete with that transformation.
COLLABORATIVE CONVERSATION
These sessions are a collaborative conversation where we each participate and work with what we sense energetically to help move you forward. I’ll tune into your Akashic Records, the energy, and higher guidance to bring through insight and you’ll apply these tools during the session to shift the energy.
COMMITTMENT REQUIRED
Change takes time. It also requires you to do the work to integrate the insights and shifts that are bought forth in each session. Commit to the integration activities and utilise the additional support offered through WhatsApp in the 3 and 5 session packages so that you can fully integrate all that you’ve learned into your day-to-day life.
DESIGN EXPLORATION
If you purchase the 3 or 5 session packages, at some point we’ll do a basic exploration of your design looking at your Human Design and Gene Keys to help you better understand and direct your energy. The more you intentionally activate aspects of your design, the better you are going to feel energetically and beyond.
The Untether session I experienced from Kate was simply magical. She has an impressive and beautiful way of describing the information she receives through imagery and metaphor, which activated a new and powerful knowing within me. The messages resonated on a deep level. I now have an expanded understanding of the larger picture of my life path, while also having actionable immediate steps to more fully align with the greater potential of my soul. The Akashic Records hold keys, insight, and wisdom that can help you understand your own patterns, blocks, struggles, and challenges in new and insightful ways. This is where healing can happen at a soul level that positively impacts your life.
The Records are an incredible tool that can assist you in understanding yourself better, what’s going on in your life, how your past experiences and beliefs are affecting your life, and what you can start to shift, unblock, and heal in order to move forward.

Energy guidance helps you learn how to better understand yourself as an energetic being and how energy underpins all of what we experience. In our sessions you will learn how to work with the energy you are experiencing, how to identify it, how to shift it, and how to direct it, so that you are working with the energy rather than being swept away by it.
Understanding energy is an invaluable skill and awareness to have as you navigate your awakening and is especially needed right now as we collectively shift from the old paradigm to the new.

PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION: A questionnaire will be sent to you prior to each session and needs to be returned to me no later than 24 hours before your session. In this you will indicate which pathway you wish to explore and why. Please complete this as thoughtfully as you can as this will help us help us get clear on where you are, what you’re currently moving through and how we will approach your session.
ON THE DAY: Please find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for the duration of your session. Have a notebook or journal and pen with you and perhaps some tissues, as sometimes when we move energy, we move emotion.
These sessions are an invaluable space for deep personal insight and growth, so please spend some time beforehand considering what you wish to gain from the session, what would be of value for you to leave with and any question you may have.

This varies case by case, session by session as integration is an important part of this process and is why WhatsApp support is offered in between sessions in the 3 and 5 session packages.
Depending on the depth of the work we do, we will decide when would be an appropriate time to meet for your next session . Likely this will be on a monthly basis but depending on what is coming up for you and what you're currently working through, we'll tailor the timing to be the most beneficial for that process.
