Release The Day - 60 mins

 
 

This 60 minute flow will help you open up and stretch your body after a long day at work. With a focus on releasing through our chest, hips, back and the mind, we will let go of tension, blocked energy, negative emotion and draining thoughts. We also start with a short pranayama to calm and soothe the mind and prepares us for the yoga practice. Enjoy.
