Yoga For Back Pain - 45 minutes
This 45 minute slow flow is all about supporting the back and helping ease back pain.
If you have had a back injury please get the all clear from your doctor or physiotherapist before doing any twisting or bending exercises.
Throughout the practice we will focus on taking long, slow deep breaths to help support our body's nervous system and healing capabilities.
