Berry, Banana & Cinnamon Smoothie
Cinnamon is one of my favourite flavours. It is also had many health benefits. Berries are chock full of antioxidants and spinach just loves us!! A delicious smoothie for any day of the week.

Yield: 1 smoothie
Directions
Prepare to cook with love.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass
Drink and enjoy.

1 cup of baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1 small banana
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of cinnamon
