Yoga For Back Pain - 45 minutes
This 45 minute slow flow is all about supporting the back and helping ease back pain. If you have had a back injury please get the all clear from your doctor or physiotherapist before doing any twisting or bending exercises. Throughout the practice we will focus on taking long, slow deep breaths to help support our body's nervous system and healing capabilities.

This is a powerful yoga flow for those looking to get the most out of their practice in 40 minutes. Get ready to wake up, and fire up, body and breath while toning and stretching your muscles.

Spine Love Flow - 55 minutes
Give your spine and back some love. This is a beautiful flow designed to release and open all the muscles of the back and sides of the body. This flow feels like a beautiful massage for those hardworking muscles. Enjoy!
