Feeling Guilty Is A Self Worth Issue. Here's What You Can Do About That.

Are there things you wish you were doing in your life that whenever you make an attempt to do it, you either don't because it feels selfish or you feel guilty the whole time you do it? Yeah, me too! I've been there!

What you need to understand is that what drives feelings of guilt when we are trying to give to ourselves what we truly desire, is actually low self worth. Secretly we believe, or unconsciously believe, that we must earn our own time, appreciation or love.

So whenever you choose yourself, it feels selfish or like you 'should' be doing something else or giving that time to someone else.

You don't need to earn your own love or your own time. You inherently deserve it because love is unconditional.

Imagine how much more you could offer to those around you, your job, your family, if you loving gave time and appreciation to yourself first. It would change the game!

In this video I share with you a journaling exercise to help you switch your perspective from guilt to self love so that you can easily take time for the things you want and truly enjoy them.
